Located in Laporte, Colorado, this project included the full tile installation for two spacious balconies totaling nearly 1,000 square feet. Our scope covered extensive preparation work, including proper slope creation and full waterproofing using commercial-grade underlayment — essential for long-lasting exterior performance. The final result features a clean, contemporary tile layout finished with Schluter trim on all exposed edges for a sleek and professional look.
